Mother of Mercy Children’s Welfare Home
In Ghana, there are so many children who are left as Orphans in streets, homes, and hospitals because of the loss of their fathers or mothers at a very tender age, some of whom are children of illegal sexual relationship. This problem occurs because of poverty related issues. Some of these children are even abandoned in toilets, roadsides and the bushes and left to the mercy of the weather. So, the Archdiocese of Kumasi has therefore embarked on a massive campaign for the improvement of the health care delivery system and the general living standards of the people especially children through education and the establishment of orphanages.
Please give generously.

Ghana - Water Well Project
Hi, I am Father Peter Sutinga, Pastor of St. Anthony’s church of Padua in Ghana. First, I want to thank all the wonderful donors for assisting us to drill a water well in Ghana. It has served many people from miles away, but now I am asking that we receive two more water wells as the need is overwhelming serving many villages. We would be so grateful for these water wells to help the community with cooking, bathing and sanitation. Many blessings to you and your family for your kind generosity.

Mary Mother Of Mercy PolyClinic
Ayakomaso is a farming community of the capital city of Sunyani, located in the west Bono region.
It is home to about 15,000 residents, who support themselves as traders and farmers. Millet, yam, cashew, cassava, beans, corn, and rice are some of the crops cultivated in these parts.
The socio-economic conditions in these parts are insurmountable, and the Daughters of Mary Mother of Mercy (DMMM) Congregation, otherwise known as “Mercy Sisters,” whose Charism is to bear witness to the Mercy of God, expressed through Compassion, Forgiveness and Kindness, is moved to do something about the plight of the people here.
GHANA – WATER WELL PROJECT
Providing a water well for the children of several villages.
These children come from several villages walking 4 to 6 miles to a new catholic school called St. Peter Catholic School. They don’t have potable drinking water in the village and so this water well will provide clean drinking water for these children when they are in school. The water will also help our church members on Sundays and also other church activities. The children sit under trees to attend classes. The water well will also provide water for them to cook food for the children and provide clean drinking water. The water well will serve the children who live close by to fetch water to their homes for drinking, bathing and cooking.
